How Much Does It Cost?

The average person pays $250 for one session per month, or $500 for our standard 3 monthly sessions. We prefer a cadence of coaching every 10 days to accelerate growth, problem solve, and stay on target.

$35-$75/assessment depending on the one you choose- Insights Discovery or Emotional Intelligence 2.0.

Insights Discovery is an easily memorable and easily applicable personality profile based on 4 colors, allowing leaders and teams to immediately apply this tool to sales, communication, managing teams, and more.

Emotional Intelligence 2.0 begins with the idea that all development begins with self-awareness. Key components of the assessment dive into one’s self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal connections, decision making, and stress management. From the results and coaching, you will be able to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions, perceive and influence the emotions of others, help you navigate social situations, build relationships, and handle stress effectively. After coaching on the initial findings, there is also a 360 assessment we can administer to your team in order to better identify where you currently are on your journey.

How Much Does It Cost?

The average team pays $2,500 for a full day workshop, which includes the standard workshop facilitation and handouts.

Standard Travel & Expenses (T&E)- depending on location, this cost varies. We’ll work to keep these costs as low as possible without eliminating efficiency. This cost also includes any physical materials and shipping. Shipping usually costs around $150.

Depending on the workshop you choose, there may be a fee for any assessments before the workshop, such as Insights Discovery or Emotional Intelligence 2.0/360.
